Refund Policy

Utopian Takeoffs LLC is not responsible if a contractor misses a bid submission deadline for any reason. Once an estimate is delivered, no refunds will be issued. A refund is only applicable if the estimate is canceled within 2 hours of payment, as our team typically begins working on the project immediately after payment confirmation.

Confidentiality and Use of Information

If you prefer that your information remains confidential, please notify us. We will gladly prepare a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), mutually approved by both parties. Otherwise, Utopian Takeoffs LLC reserves the right to use submitted information — such as names, company details, project information, estimates, and drawings — for marketing purposes including testimonials, case studies, or portfolio highlights.

No Guarantees or Warranties

We do not offer financial guarantees or warranties. Our estimates are designed to serve as guidelines and are not to be considered final pricing. We use industry-standard databases like RSMeans to generate location-specific pricing for materials and labor. However, costs may still vary due to contractor preferences, regional differences, vendor rates, and installation methods.
